David Price

years experience in establishing and running small and medium sized
enterprises both self-funded and Venture Capital funded in a range of
sectors.
David entered the asbestos sector in 2005
when he set up Anglo-Polish Contracting Ltd as a Health and Safety
Executive licensed labour agency. The company has rapidly expanded and
is now the second largest player in the market.
Anglo-Polish’s growth has been based on its ability to set best
practice. This has been recognised by the Home Office who selected the
company to be a case study, as well as the governments Asbestos
Licensing Unit who has invited Anglo-Polish to share its best practice
with industry forums and to sit on an advisory committee.
Greenwood Environmental Ltd was set up and licensed by the Health and
Safety Executive as an asbestos removal contractor in 2008. Its aim is
to build a highly experienced team and establish the company as a
market leading contractor.
David is a regular guest speaker at business forums and conferences. A
graduate of Oxford University and Rotary Foundation Scholar.

Paul Billinge

years industry experience combining asbestos removal and building
refurbishment. Highly qualified, technical project manager who
throughout his career has managed the removal of asbestos in a range of
environments and for clients who include blue chip companies and
government departments.
Formerly one of the top
project managers for the UK’s leading asbestos removal companies
managing their most prestigious project – a £6 million asbestos removal
and refurbishment project at the UK governments, BBC, running a team of
50 workers.
Experience in setting up asbestos removal and building services
divisions for a number of companies. Paul has a strong reputation for
delivering complex projects on time and to budget.
Coming from a trade background in both shop fitting and asbestos
removal Paul has a detailed understanding of the processes and working
environment and is able to get the best out of those working for him.
Paul is also a qualified asbestos surveyor.

Kevin Graham
15 years experience in the asbestos industry. 8 years experience on the
removals side working up from being operative, to supervisor and
project manager before focusing on asbestos surveying for the last 7
years.
Kevin has worked for one of the UK’s leading survey company, The
Casella Group, where he rose to become departmental manager for their
financial and insurance sector clients. He set up their asbestos
division and within 2 years had built a team of 15 surveyors and
generated an annual turnover of £1.7 million.
Kevin is now one of the UK’s leading asbestos surveyors. In 2006 he set
up his own company, KAD Environmental Consultancy Ltd, as an asbestos
consultancy, management company and training provider, working for
premises owners to ensure that they are compliant with their legal
duties with regard to asbestos containing materials (ACM’s). KAD is now
the UK’s leading expert in asbestos management in the UK government’s
public sector. KAD is the only company to have successfully created and
produced control measures and procedures to manage ACM’s in the museum
sector.
Through Kevin’s unique and extensive experience, pioneering
developments and knowledge of current regulations for asbestos
management he is able to manage any asbestos situation in any
environment.
Kevin has worked very closely with Central Government developing
specific management systems for unique asbestos situations. Kevin’s
extensive knowledge of asbestos controls, legislation and regulations
have successfully created effective asbestos management for pioneering
situations and developed excellent user friendly procedures to reduce
the risks of exposure and prevent the spread of asbestos.
